Offices

Powell & Jones have two offices. The main one is in Dunraven Place, Bridgend (known locally as Estate Agent's Corner as most of the town's agents are in the vicinity). The sub branch is in Pencoed, about 4 miles east of Bridgend, and is a thriving town in its own right.

Bridgend is located approximately equidistant between Cardiff and Swansea, and is easily accessible from Junctions 35, 36 and 37 on the M4 motorway. Pencoed is particularly handy for the motorway, Junction 35 being just to the south.

The areas covered by the offices include Bridgend itself, including Cefn Glas, Brackla and Broadlands. To the west we extend to Kenfig Hill, Pyle and Porthcawl. To the south, Ewenny, Corntown, St. Brides Major, Ogmore-by-Sea, Southerndown and Wick. To the north, Litchard, Bryncethin, Penyfai, Aberkenfig, Tondu and Coytrahen, as well as the Ogmore and Garw Valleys. To the east, Coychurch, Coity, Pencoed, Brynna, Llanharan and St. Mary Hill.
